Customers can pay for their orders through the integrated payment methods or instructions on the FlowsGo website.
All tour tickets and services on the website require 100% payment of the order value before confirmation and issuance of the e-ticket.
Orders will only be processed after the system confirms successful payment.
After successful payment, FlowsGo will send order confirmation information and the e-ticket to the customer's registered email address.
Due to the nature of the product being an electronic ticket and the service being confirmed directly with the partner, transactions after successful payment are not eligible for refunds or cancellations, except in cases where a separate policy is specifically announced on each product.
